End User License Agreement

1. License grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Menhiris Group grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download, install and use our mobile applications on Apple devices that you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Copy, modify or distribute the applications
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the applications
• Create derivative works based on the applications
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Rent, lease or sublicense the applications

3. Ownership

Menhiris Group retains all rights, title and interest in and to the applications, including all intellectual property rights. This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights to you. The content you create inside the apps remains yours.

4. Updates

We may provide updates, patches or new versions of the applications. Updates may be installed automatically through the App Store to ensure security and functionality.

5. Data and privacy

Our applications are designed to keep your data on your device wherever possible; some may offer optional cloud sync. Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how we handle it.

6. Disclaimers

The applications are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall Menhiris Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of the applications.

7. App Store terms

If you download the applications from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

• This Agreement is between you and Menhiris Group, not Apple
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the applications
• You must comply with the applicable App Store terms of service

8. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms; in that case you must delete the applications from your devices.
