1. The short version

Our apps do not track you. Vinyl Spin, Chrono Lab and pH Snap work without an account, and what you log, spin or calculate stays on your device. Cigarino uses an account to sync your humidor and journal across devices — that data is stored privately for that purpose only, you can delete your account in the app, and we never sell it, share it or mine it. 2. Information we collect

In the apps

• Nothing personal by default — no account, no email, no sign-up.
• For apps with an account (currently Cigarino), we store your account details and the synced content, solely to provide the sync.
• Anonymous crash and performance data may be collected by Apple or Google, subject to your device settings.
• Purchases are processed entirely by Apple or Google; we never see your payment details.

When you contact us

• Your email address and your message, so that we can reply and investigate the problem.
• We keep support correspondence only as long as it is useful, and never sell or share it.

3. How we use information

• Provide and operate our mobile applications
• Reply to your support requests
• Fix bugs and improve the apps

4. Information sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties. We may share information only in these circumstances:

• With your explicit consent
• To comply with legal obligations
• To protect our rights and property

5. Data security

When your data lives on your device, the strongest protection is the one already built into your phone. Anything sent to us — a support email, or content synced through an optional account — is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored securely.

• Access and review the personal information we hold (usually: your support emails)
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Ask us to delete your personal information

This site does not use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first.
