Menhiris Group designs and develops mobile applications for iPhone and iPad, distributed through the Apple App Store. Each app is free to download; optional Pro features are available as in-app purchases.

3. User obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our services

4. Intellectual property

The apps, this website and their original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Menhiris Group and its licensors. The content you create inside our apps — your logs, notes, collections and photos — is yours.

5. Purchases

All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in your Apple ID settings; refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and also governs your use of our services.

7. Limitation of liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. In no event shall Menhiris Group be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the services.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.
